Straight Edge Outdoor Services is hiring reliable and hardworking team members to help keep our commercial and residential properties clean and safe throughout the winter season.
Our snow removal operations run from
November 1 - March 31
, with both
daytime and overnight shifts
available. This is an
on-call position
based on snowfall but may lead to
full-time work during the summer season
.
We're looking for:
Experienced Snow Plow Truck Operators
- starting at
$25/hr+
Hand Shovelers and Snowblower Crew Members
- starting at
$22/hr+
Responsibilities:
Clearing residential driveways, sidewalks, and walkways
Operating equipment such as truck plows, snowblowers, and leaf blowers
Driving company trucks and following assigned routes
Performing parking lot scrape-downs and snow relocation as needed
Requirements:
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to our shop
Ability to work outdoors in cold weather conditions
Attention to detail and pride in maintaining professional properties
Willingness to work longer hours during heavy snowfalls
