As the winter season approaches, we are seeking reliable and dedicated Snow Removal Workers to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Snow Removal Worker with RH Radiant Home Ltd., you will play a crucial role in keeping our clients' properties safe and accessible during the winter months. You will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from various surfaces, including sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and walkways. This is an on-call position for the winter season of 2025/2026, and we are looking for individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional snow removal services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate snow removal equipment, including snow shovels, snow blowers, and plows.
- Clear snow and ice from designated areas to ensure safe and accessible walkways and driveways.
- Apply ice melt, sand, or salt as necessary to prevent slippery conditions.
- Work efficiently and safely, following all company guidelines and safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in snow removal or related work is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate snow removal equipment effectively and safely.
- Physically fit and able to work in cold and challenging weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
