We are hiring motivated and dependable individuals to join our winter snow removal team as Sidewalk Shovelers in KW Area. This is a seasonal, on-call position that requires availability during snow events--often early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
Job Duties:
Clear snow and apply salt on sidewalks, walkways, steps, and building entrances. Use shovels, snow blowers, and ice melt products safely and efficiently. Report icy or hazardous conditions to supervisors. Maintain a high standard of safety and customer service while on-site Work effectively in a team and independently under all winter conditions.
Requirements:
Physically fit and capable of working in cold, snowy weather for extended periods. Reliable and punctual with the ability to respond quickly to snow calls. Experience in snow removal is preferred but not required. Must have access to transportation to and from Ayr, ON. CSA-approved winter work boots and proper outdoor winter clothing required.
