Job Summary:
MDG LANDSCAPING is hiring reliable and hardworking team members to service and keep residential driveways and walkways clean and safe throughout the winter season starting November 1st-March 31st
-We are looking for 1 Crew leader who must have a valid license and 2 crew helpers
-Positions will include a minimum 50 hour pay each month so if it doesn't snow you still get paid, anything over 50 hours of work is additional hourly pay.
-positions will include Monthly attendance bonuses
Duties:
Operate snowblowers, shovels, leaf blowers to clear residential driveways and walkways of snow and ice. Must be available on call when it snows and able to work between the hours of 7am and 11pm all winter except for Christmas day Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient snow removal operations. Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing weather patterns to maintain safety. .
Requirements & qualifications:
Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation to our yard Must have cell phone strong work ethic and ability to work in all weather conditions Available to work early mornings and weekend's and during every snow event
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
Work Location: In person
