Snow Removal and Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

.

As a Snow Removal and Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you will play a key role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and safety of our clients' properties year-round. Your responsibilities will include snow removal during the winter months and lawn care during the warmer months.

Key ResponsibilitiesSnow Removal:

Operate snow throwers, blowers,

Snow Sweeper

, and other snow removal equipment. Clear driveways, sidewalks, and other designated areas of snow and ice. Apply salt and other de-icing agents as needed. Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow events.

Lawn Maintenance:

Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain a clean and professional appearance. Perform seasonal tasks such as aeration, fertilization, and weed control. Maintain and repair lawn equipment as necessary. Manage debris removal and overall site cleanup.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in

landscaping or snow removal is required.

Experience operating a

Snow Sweeper

is an asset. Ability to operate and maintain landscaping and snow removal equipment. Strong work ethic and reliability, with a willingness to work in varying weather conditions. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
