Currently hiring for the following positions:

Machine Operators -Tractor, loader &/or skid steer positions, must have experience in snow removal machinery. Ex. Kubota M6 Tractors, Cat 910 Loaders, Case 621 Loaders (Woodstock & Brantford)

Sidewalk Crew Members & Leads -Sidewalk tractors, snowrators, snowblowers, salt spreaders & shovel crews. (Woodstock & Brantford)

Area Supervisor -Must have clean G license, 3 years experience in snow removal & the ability to supervise & service multiple sites throughout the winter months. (Woodstock & Brantford)

About The Current Roles:

Machine Operators & Salt Truck Drivers

Operate a variety of equipment such as tractors, wheel loaders & skid steers equipped with wing blades & box pushers. Operator a salt truck & plow on sites, following procedures & app routing. In charge of clearing snow on a route through our app in a timely manner. -Maintaining a high standard of safety, efficiency & quality.
All current machine operator positions require 2+ years of snow removal experience in equipment & driving positions require a clean G license

Sidewalk Crew Members & Leads

With a group of 2-4 team members, visit multiple sites on our app clearing walkways, pathways, & entrances to buildings keeping them free of snow & ice. Each crew is equipped with any or all of the following pieces of equipment: Sidewalk snowrators, paddle blowers, shovels & sweepers. Each team member is responsible for clearing snow, salting/de-icing the walkways, completing the tasks on the app & moving to the next task in a timely manner working as a team. These shifts are more frequent than equipment operators & could include early mornings, weekends, late nights or daytime shifts.
All driving positions require a clean G license
