Job Description
Cedarwood Contracting is looking to hire
two experienced loader operators
for the upcoming2025/26 snow removal season
. If you're reliable, take pride in your work, and know how to handle a loader in tough winter conditions, we want to hear from you.Equipment You'll Operate
Komatsu WA200
with HLA 4200 (12-18 ft snow wing blade)Kubota R630
with HLA 3200 (6-11 ft snow wing blade)Operators will be responsible for
managing a snow route during every snow event of the season.
Duties include:
Plowing during storms to keep properties accessible. Completing post-storm cleanup to ensure sites are cleared to Cedarwood's standards. Safely operating and caring for assigned equipment. Filling out log sheets to track work completed.
Compensation
Hourly pay + seasonal retainers
available (to be discussed during in-person meetings).Qualifications
Minimum
2-3 years' experience
plowing snow with an articulating loader. Ability to safely operate and maintain equipment. Must beon-call throughout the season
(day & night availability).Clean driver's abstract
required. Reliabletransportation to and from work
. Ability to worklong shifts in challenging conditions
