SLP Landscaping and maintaince is a full service landscape maintaince, construction and snow removal service operating in Saskatoon. From managing maintaince at commercial sites and condos year round to residential and commercial landscaping construction we pride ourselves on our quality service and being a great place to work.

SLP Landscaping is looking for candidates for our winter 2025/2026 snow removal season. (Training starting late October)

What will you be doing

Winter

-Operating walk behind and ride on sidewalk equipment to clear snow from commercial and condominium sidewalks

-Providing salting, sanding and ice control to sidewalks

-Hauling snow

-Winter schedule on call starting 3:30-5:00 am - completion of route (6-12+ hours depending on snowfall) (Overtime applies after 8 hour workday)

What will you bring to the team

-Enthusiastic team members with strong work ethic willing and able to work long hours

-Lawn and snow removal experience considered an asset but not required

-Experience driving trailers considers an assets but not required

-Desire to learn and advance in the company. Experienced employees have opportunities to move to crew lead positions paying $23/hr+ as well as year round winter work and equipment operation

-CBL Level 3 completion required.

Job Specific Requirements

-Valid Class 5 License required for all position

-Ability to repetitively lift 50 pounds

- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
