Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Hand Crew Lead to join our team. Will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal operations during all winter weather conditions. The Hand Crew Lead will be responsible to keep clear and accessible parking lots, pathways and other designated areas in commercial and residential properties. Will oversee 2-3 person crew and transport crew in work vehicle to locations along your route.

Responsibilities

Snow removal with shovels and snow blowers in various environments. Clear pathways, driveways, and parking lots of snow and ice. Collaborate with team members to coordinate efficient snow removal operations.

Requirements

Experience with snow removal. Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, including extreme cold and snow. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain safety standards at all times. Previous experience as a supervisor preferred but not mandatory. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed during winter storms.
