Job Summary

Clintar is hiring a for the winter season. Join our ice and snow team focused on efficient clearing and de-icing. All roles are on-call, often overnight, and contingent on winter conditions. Candidates must be available on short notice, round the clock.

Responsibilities

Operate snow removal equipment, such as snow blowers, snow shovels, brine applicators or salt spreaders, depending on the job and equipment availability. Shovel, snow blow, or use other hand tools to manually remove snow and ice from designated areas. Apply salt, brine, or other de-icing agents to surfaces to improve traction and melt ice. Be prepared to respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions. Ensure all health and safety regulations and guidelines and Clintar standards are followed and met. Responsible for site service, team performance, meeting budgets and working with HR to ensure proper staff levels are maintained.

Qualifications

Clean and valid G driver's license On-Call availability, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays from November - April Ability to lift 50+ pounds Previous team lead experience preferred Prior snow/brine experience is an asset

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
