Snow Plow Truck Drivers, Skidsteer & Loader Operators (Seasonal, On-Call)
We are seeking
reliable and skilled operators
to join our snow removal team this winter. This is aseasonal, on-call position
where flexibility is essential. Candidates must be prepared to workovernight shifts and very early mornings
whenever winter weather requires immediate response.Key Responsibilities
Operate snow plows, skidsteers, loaders, and related equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and sidewalks. Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment is safe and ready for use. Use hand tools and power tools for snow removal tasks when required. Communicate clearly with team members about snow conditions and operational updates. Follow strict safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Assist with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Must be available to work on-call, often overnight or in the very early morning hours.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy loads. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Compensation & Schedule
