LDM is hiring for the 2025-2026 Winter season
We are looking for skilled and safety-focused Snowplow Operators to help keep British Columbia's highways safe and clear this winter. If you're ready to take on the elements and be part of a strong, supportive crew - we want to hear from you!
What You Bring:
Valid Class 3 Driver's License (or higher*)
Experience with operating graders is considered an asset Experience in road maintenance (preferred but not required*)
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
