We are currently seeking Experienced and Trainable Snow Operations Candidates to fill a number of positions within our organization. Must be available Nov/15/2025 - April/15/2026 on call and be able to get to our yard located at Port Union & 401 when needed.

The positions available are as follows:

Snow Plow Drivers / Heavy Equipment Operators ($25 - $40/ Hour + Standby)

Requirements:

- Must have valid Ontario Driver's License

- Qualify to be insured under company policy

- Must have previous experience plowing in truck or machine

- Ability to be on call 24/7 during the winter season

- Able to work flex hours during the winter

- Must own transportation to our yard located at Port Union & 401

Snow Operations Crew Leaders ($22 - $25/HR + Standby Pay)

Requirements:

- Must have valid Ontario Driver's License

- Qualify to be insured under company policy

- Manage 2-3 Shovers to Clear Snow from Walkways and Steps

- Ability to be on call 24/7 during the winter season

- Able to work flex hours during the winter

- Able to work under adverse weather conditions

Duties Include:

- Driving Truck and/or Equipment trailer to various commercial properties in the Greater Toronto Area.

- Keeping Detailed Logs of Activities and Conditions for your crew.

- Operating Small Specialized Snow Clearing Equipment

- Clearing Walkways and Steps of Snow

- Salting Walkways and Steps.

Snow Shovelers/Sidewalk Equipment Operators ($20-$22/HR + Standby Pay)

Requirements:

- Ability to be on call 24/7 during the winter season

- Able to work flex hours during the winter

- Able to work under adverse weather conditions

Duties Include:

- Operating Small Specialized Snow Clearing Equipment

- Clearing Walkways and Steps of Snow

- Salting Walkways and Steps.
