Snow Equipment Operator
Job Description
We're looking for those with snow removal experience to join our winter teams! We are looking for experienced equipment operators, preferably those with snow removal experience to assist us in our snow clearing operations. Equipment may include skid steers, loaders, agricultural tractor, loaders, backhoe, etc.
We are a year-round, full-service property management company that provides snow and ice management for commercial, institutional and municipal properties across Ontario. We offer in-house safety and job-specific training, and pride ourselves in our quality of work and ability to provide safe and clean sites for all of our clients.
Duties:
Safely operate your assigned vehicle and/or equipment
Perform daily inspections on vehicle and/or equipment and report any defects
Follow instructions and follow a pre-determined route
Follow all Health & Safety policies and job-specific procedures
Requirements:
Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and overnight, when required
Valid G driver's license with clean abstract
Previous snow removal, preferably in a commercial setting, is required
Reliable transportation to and from shop and/or site
Wage is negotiable and based on experience. This is a seasonal position for the winter, with the opportunity to grow to a full-time permanent position in the spring.
Job Types: Casual, Seasonal
Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
