We are seeking a reliable and skilled Snow Blower Tractor Operator (4066r John Deere) for part-time, on-call work during the winter season. This role involves operating snow removal equipment to ensure safe and accessible pathways, driveways, and parking areas. The ideal candidate will have a experience in equipment operation. This position is ideal for someone looking to fill occasional hours during snow days.

Duties

Operate snow blower tractor to efficiently clear snow from designated areas Follow and complete the assigned route within the required time to ensure timely service for all clients Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance Assist with other landscape or grounds maintenance tasks as needed Ensure safety protocols are followed during operation to prevent accidents or injuries Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts during heavy snowfall events

Requirements

Prior experience with snow plowing, landscaping, or grounds maintenance preferred Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance in case of breakdown Familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, horticulture, or gardening is a plus Ability to operate landscaping machines Strong attention to safety procedures and ability to recognize potential hazards Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions during winter storms Valid driver's license for equipment operation and transportation purposes

Pay: $15.71-$25.00 per hour
