Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly and reliable
Cashier/Clerk
to join our snack bar team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle transactions accurately, and support basic food service tasks in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities
Greet customers, take orders, and provide prompt, friendly service. Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle cash accurately. Assist with preparing simple food and beverage items as needed. Keep the front counter, service area, and dining spaces clean and organized. Restock drinks, snacks, and supplies throughout the shift. Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines. Communicate shortages or issues to the supervisor or manager.
Experience
Previous cashier or customer service experience is an asset but not required. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling cash. Strong communication and customer service skills.
Requirements
Reliable transportation. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting. Willing to obtain a
Food Handlers Certification
if required.Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.60 per hour
