Responsibilities
a) Provide all food and beverage clients with services that will exceed their expectations
b) Offers a warm welcome with a genuine smile to customers and direct them to their respective designated area
c) Provide guests with an excellent dining experience by asking questions about allergies or preferences and initiating conversation for customer confidence
d) Preparing shakes, smoothies and juices
e) Assisting customers in selecting food items based on their dietary needs and preferences
f) Serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous, and professional manner as outlined in training manual
g) Preparing and delivering to-go orders for customers
h) Answering phones and entering orders into POS systems
i) Operating POS terminal to process customer' orders, swipe credit/debit cards and enter cash amounts
j) Reconciling the cash drawer and correcting ant errors
k) Present guests with their bills and processing payments
l) Follow opening and closing procedures.
m) Anticipate needs of guests and must be able to answer any recipe and production questions
n) Be continually aware of and maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress.
o) Ensures the HACCP procedures are followed and documented.
p) Providing preventative and regular maintenance for equipment
q) Must follow uniform guidelines as indicated in training manual.
r) Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED post-secondary certificate in Food Handling & Safety.
Certifications in relevant food handling safety techniques an added advantage.
