We are seeking an individual who is ready to give their best to join us as we pursue new and exciting technologies.

We are currently searching for ambitious and highly motivated SMT Manufacturing personnel who will work with the Manufacturing team using our SMT production lines.

Responsibilities:

Manage and operate SMT assembly lines in a high-mix environment Assemble, and inspect printed circuit boards to company standards Hand solder to IPC standards Diagnose and rework defective units according to procedures Use tools in the assembly of computer systems Perform necessary manual and automated tests as instructed Assist in building prototype products Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast paced environment Work according to our QMS and ISO standards, and follow company safety standards and company policies

Requirements:

Post-secondary degree or certificate in a related field Minimum 1 year experience working in SMT production Working knowledge and experience with SMT machines Ability to read, and understand, electrical circuitry and assembly drawings Must be thorough, have an attention to detail, and will follow strict SOPs, and protocols Ability to work with a team and work well under minimal supervision Demonstrate high attention to detail and high expectations for quality
Previous experience in SMT production and manufacturing is a requirement. Training will be given to the right candidate.
