Our client is now looking for a highly motivated, hardworking, SMS Specialist who is interested in working for a company with great advancement opportunities. We are seeking independent, analytical, and results-oriented individuals who are looking for a desire to contribute to our clients\xe2\x80\x99 success. If you have a passion for SMS marketing, along with strong communication skills, then you may be our next SMS Specialist. SMS Specialist As a SMS Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of the company\xe2\x80\x99s SMS lead generation program including, but not limited to, audience selection, scheduling, content, testing, deliverability, compliance, reporting, revenue, and list attrition. You will utilize your business acumen and analytical skills to define and exceed KPI\xe2\x80\x99s relative to management\xe2\x80\x99s expectations. This position requires expert understanding of SMS marketing best practices and customer behavioral patterns to achieve maximum performance of individual campaigns and the overall program. You will take on a \xe2\x80\x98hand-on\xe2\x80\x99 approach and will be solely responsible for developing and implementing the approved strategies. Practically speaking you will: * Utilize in-house data to re-engage customers via SMS for lead generation * Implement and manage the day-to-day SMS lead generation program * Develop lead generation SMS strategies * Build out and deploy campaigns * Establish metrics and relevant KPI\xe2\x80\x99s to measure performance of the SMS campaigns * Craft robust A/B testing plans, actively assess and adjust plans accordingly * Analyze targets, ad creatives, and SMS content to drive lead growth and revenue * Create and present monthly personal accountability reports to management * Keep abreast of all recent trends and strategies in the marketplace * Maintain best practices to minimize list attrition and avoid compliance/legal issues Additionally, you\xe2\x80\x99re a good fit for this role if you are: * Independent \xe2\x80\x93 you don\xe2\x80\x99t need or want someone looking over your shoulder.
