Responsibilities
Develop and execute SMS marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and promotions.
Build and segment subscriber lists to ensure targeted messaging and compliance with opt-in requirements.
Write clear, compelling, and conversion-focused copy for SMS campaigns.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (CTR, conversion, opt-outs, revenue impact).
Ensure compliance with TCPA, CASL, GDPR, and carrier guidelines for SMS marketing.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate SMS campaigns with email, social, and paid media strategies.
Test and optimize campaign timing, frequency, and messaging for maximum engagement.
Manage relationships with SMS platforms/providers (e.g., Twilio, Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript).
Qualifications
Proven experience as an SMS Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketer, or CRM Manager.
Strong understanding of SMS marketing best practices, regulations, and deliverability.
Knowledge of platforms like Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, Twilio, or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with data dashboards.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft concise, engaging messages.
Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, retail, or subscription-based businesses.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
