Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Smoothie Bar Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious smoothies and other beverages while providing exceptional customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all food safety standards are met and that customers leave satisfied with their experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of smoothies, bowls, and protein shakes according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the smoothie bar area, including equipment and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene. Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Manage time effectively to ensure quick service during peak hours. Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is essential. Strong cash handling skills, including basic math proficiency for accurate transactions. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and coworkers. A passion for health and wellness, particularly in relation to smoothies and nutritious beverages is a plus.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
