Window Mart is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven
SMM Assistant & Content Creator
to join our marketing team. If you love working with social media, know how to create engaging content, and want to grow in a stable Canadian company -- this role is for you.Key Responsibilities
Participate in creating and planning content calendars Monitor trends and propose fresh content ideas (including niche-specific insights) Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, followers) Track competitor activity across social platforms Prepare regular social media reports Manage posting, monitor comments, and interact with the audience Maintain and develop our Facebook, Instagram (main and additional pages), and later TikTok & LinkedIn Shoot photos and videos + basic editing Collaborate closely with the marketing team
Requirements
1+ year of experience managing social media business accounts Strong skills in photo/video shooting and editing Portfolio (screenshots or links to previous projects)
English level B1-B2 + Russian
Must have a validdriver's license
Ability to use your own car initially (gas compensated)What We Offer
