Job Description

Overview:

Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Issuer Services for Agency & Trust - Depository Business. The role requires strong knowledge of ISO 20022/15022 standards, data governance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide SME support for Depository account setup and governance. Ensure Citi's fiduciary role is accurately represented in all structures. Govern and interpret ISO 20022/15022 messaging standards. Identify and address process or design gaps. Partner with Product, Tech, Ops, and Risk to ensure compliance and control. Lead data governance initiatives and regulatory alignment efforts.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Issuer Services (Agency & Trust/Depository). Strong expertise in ISO 20022/15022. Understanding of fiduciary, governance, and structured finance concepts. Experience with Level 1/Level 2 issuer structures. * Strong data governance, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
