About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SME Account Executive to join our growing Toronto, ON based team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales and business development, a consultative approach, and a passion for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
What We're Looking For
Actively prospect new businesses and perform cold calling to generate leads.
Leverage proven strategies to consistently exceed set sales targets.
Research territory potential to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals.
Utilize a consultative approach to assess client needs (pain points).
Propose and craft innovative solutions using company products/services.
Successfully negotiate and close contracts.
Respond to tenders and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) as required.
Collaborate with Customer Service for efficient account setup.
What You'll Bring
University degree in Business Management.
4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the fleet automotive sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets within long sales cycles and experience in Strategic Selling to C-Suite Executives.
Consultative and analytical approach to identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Knowledge of fleet management, leasing, or related industries is an asset.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Previous experience in the automobile industry is an asset.
