You'll be joining a dynamic sales team responsible for guiding prospective customers from warm leads to closed deals, while shaping the way design professionals experience Vectorworks' powerful tools. Expect to make a real impact in Canada's architecture and design sectors through consultative selling and strategic customer support.

This New Business Sales team helps small and midsize design businesses unlock the full potential of Vectorworks software--driving subscription growth and supporting customers with tailored onboarding, training, and product solutions.

During this role you will:



Manage and convert inbound sales-qualified leads (SQLs) into closed deals. Conduct virtual product presentations and align solutions with customer needs. Maintain detailed records of outreach and customer engagement in Salesforce. Partner with the Sales Solutions team for custom demos and upsell opportunities. Stay informed on industry trends and product developments to effectively support prospects.

Here is what success looks like:



4+ years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, ideally in CAD or Vectorworks Industries (Architecture or Entertainment) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a growth mindset. Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts in simple terms. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.

Extra Credits:



Bilingual in English and French. Experience with CAD software is a plus.

Benefits:

Compensation:



Annual base salary of 60,000-65,000 CAD. Additional commission plan.
Salary offer is determined by evaluation of candidate skills and experience during the interview process based on the criteria outlined in the job advertisement above.
