Duties

Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and merchandising displays Ensure compliance with company policies regarding cash handling and security Exhibit strong communication skills while interacting with customers and team members Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours

Requirements

Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to professional during busy periods Smart serve certificate
