As an Installer, you will be responsible for executing projects that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of residential and commercial spaces. Melrose Window Coverings is a leading supplier and installer of innovative window treatment solutions, including advanced smart film technologies. We specialize in premium residential and commercial installations across Canada. As demand for smart film continues to grow, we're looking to bring on an experienced and detail-oriented Smart Film Installer to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities

Measure, prep, and install smart film on various types of glass surfaces Handle and install necessary wiring for smart film operation (including power supplies, controllers, and switches) Apply window film with precision, ensuring bubble-free and smooth application Conceal and route wiring neatly through window frames, trims, or wall channels Collaborate with sales/project managers to ensure accurate scope and execution Troubleshoot and resolve installation or connectivity issues Maintain a clean and professional job site at all times Minimum

2 years of direct experience

installing smart film (mandatory) Strong background in

window film application techniques

Knowledge and hands-on experience with

low-voltage wiring

Ability to read installation plans and electrical diagrams Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and cleanliness Comfortable working independently or as part of a team Own tools and reliable transportation preferred Must be professional, punctual, and customer-service oriented

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $20.00-$100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 20 per week
