is seeking a skilledSmall Engine/PDI Technician
to join our service team. In this role, you will perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on new vehicles, diagnose and repair small engines, and ensure all equipment meets BRP standards before reaching our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician to grow their skills in a dynamic powersports environment.Key Responsibilities:
Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on new snowmobiles, ATVs and BRP products. Diagnose, repair, and maintain small engines and related components. Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet manufacturer and safety standards. Test ride or operate equipment safely to confirm proper functionality. Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient service department. Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in small engine repair, powersports, or related field is required Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license Knowledge of BRP products is an asset but not required.
