Overview

UP TO $5000 SIGNING BONUS TO THE RIGHT CANDIDATE. We are seeking a skilled Small Engine Technician to join our team at Redline motorsports Arctic cat. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and have experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining small engines. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction while delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services.

Duties

Diagnose and repair small engines, including snowmobiles, quads and side by sides. Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and spark plug checks. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during repair processes. Assist customers in selecting the right repairs and parts for their needs, Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Occasionally perform heavy lifting as required for equipment handling and repairs.

Requirements

Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in small engine repair. Familiarity with schematics for troubleshooting mechanical issues. Experience with Arctic cat is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for various tasks. Background in automotive repair is advantageous.. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely. Must be reliable and punctual.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
