The bigger picture

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Small Business Advisor to join our team in Regina. You will provide creative solutions and comprehensive financial advice (e.g. credit and wealth solutions; cash management services to support banking and deposit management) to our small business members.

How you\xe2\x80\x99ll be spending your time

• Providing holistic financial advice to our small business members
• Keeping up-to-date on industry trends and knowledge to have proactive advice-based conversations fueled by a passion to improve the financial well-being of our business members
• Marketing yourself to build your book of business in the local community
• Making sure there\xe2\x80\x99s a healthy balance between opportunity and risk and between growth and profitability for Conexus

• A self-starter with knowledge of financial statements and assessing risk
• A natural people person with strong communication skills who thrives on developing relationships within the small business community
• A collaborator who supports individuals, teams, projects and initiatives within our organization to help us grow
• An ace at details, who\xe2\x80\x99s highly accountable and delivers on targets and goals

The experience you bring

• 2 Years of Commercial Banking Experience
• Prior Knowledge of Small Business Lending
• Post-secondary educated related to business
• CSI Moody\'s Certificate in Commercial Credit (CICC) is an asset
