We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Small Business Advisor, Agriculture in Regina who thrives on developing relationships and providing creative solutions. You will be providing needs based holistic financial advice (e.g.: credit and wealth solutions; cash management services to support banking and deposit management) to our agriculture small business members.

How you\xe2\x80\x99ll be spending your time

• Providing holistic financial advice to our agriculture small business members
• Keeping up-to-date on industry trends to have proactive advice-based conversations fueled by a passion to improve the financial well-being of our business members
• Marketing yourself to build your book of business in the local community
• Making sure there\xe2\x80\x99s a healthy balance between opportunity and risk and between growth and profitability for Conexus

• A self-starter with knowledge of financial statements and assessing risk
• A natural people person who thrives on developing relationships within the small business community
• A collaborator who supports individuals, teams, projects and initiatives within our organization to help us grow
• An ace at details, who\xe2\x80\x99s highly accountable and delivers on expectations

The experience you bring

• 3+ years of previous credit experience in a financial institution
• Proven relationship management skills
• Post-secondary education related to agriculture or business is an asset
• CSI Moody\xe2\x80\x99s Certificate in Commercial Credit (CICC) or willingness to obtain this designation
• Experience running a small business is an asset
