Aroga Lifestyle Medicine is seeking a dedicated and organized
Sleep Lead
to support our growing Sleep & Fatigue Program. The Sleep Lead plays a key role in managing the intake and triage process for patients referred to sleep-related services, ensuring timely coordination of care and excellent communication between patients, physicians, and internal care teams.
This role is ideal for a
clinically trained professional (LPN, RN, or equivalent)
with a strong interest in sleep medicine and patient-centered care. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and be open to supporting related administrative or clinical initiatives as assigned.
Review all incoming sleep-related referrals for completeness and appropriateness.
Determine the most suitable care pathway for each patient based on clinical information.
Direct referrals to the appropriate Aroga provider or care team.
Ensure patients are contacted promptly to confirm next steps and set expectations for care.
Patient Communication
Communicate with patients regarding referral status, appointment scheduling, and next steps.
Provide education and clarification on available services (e.g., sleep assessments, CBT-I consultations).
Maintain a compassionate and professional tone in all patient interactions.
Clinical Support & Documentation
Prepare clinical documentation to support treatment initiation (e.g., CPAP prescriptions or sleep study forms) as directed by Aroga physicians.
Ensure accurate and compliant data entry in the EMR, including triage decisions, referrals, and communications.
Follow standing orders and established clinical protocols.
Care Coordination
Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to identify and support complex or high-need cases.
Recommend additional Aroga services as appropriate (e.g., nutrition, behavioral health, fatigue management).
Help optimize workflow processes for efficiency and quality of care.
Program Support
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Sleep & Fatigue Program by identifying opportunities for enhanced communication and patient experience.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Support related duties or cross-program initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), or relevant clinical background preferred.
Strong interest in sleep medicine, fatigue management, or lifestyle medicine.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Experience using EMRs and managing clinical documentation.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $26.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
