SLASHER/OPERATOR - SOUTH RIVER, ONTARIO

T BELL TRANSPORT INC. has an immediate full-time opening for a Slasher/Operator based at our South River, Ontario location.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate a slasher and related forestry or heavy equipment Conduct pre-shift and walk-around safety inspections and complete Field Level Hazard Assessments Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance concerns promptly Work closely with logging and loading crews to meet production targets safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively and professionally with supervisors and team members Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures Work independently with minimal supervision

Qualification

Minimum 5 years of experience operating a slasher (required) Valid certificate or transcript from the MTCU Mechanical Harvesting program Clean and valid driver's abstract Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Work Conditions

Work is primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions
