Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales / Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with daily sales activities, maintaining product displays, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers. Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system. Assist in restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays to enhance the shopping experience. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive work environment. Participate in inventory management tasks, including stock counts and product organization.

Skills

Preferably fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain store presentation standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory systems. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and sales techniques.
