Responsibilities:
Enterprise SaaS Applications Administration and Operations (75%)
- Manage and support applications, including:
- Google Workspace
- Slack
- Zoom
- Box
- LDAP
- Handle employee onboarding/offboarding requests, Slack apps, Google Marketplace, and Slack channel share requests.
- Independently manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using OneLogin.
- Audit existing runbooks, identify gaps, and create/update guides.
- Triage, process, and resolve operational requests while managing escalations.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years as a Slack Admin and Google Workspace Admin.
- Preferably 8+ years of experience in IT.
- Strong customer service orientation and collaboration skills.
- Confidence in handling operational tasks and working with non-technical users and 3rd-party vendors.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and resolve customer requests professionally.
- Must work EST hours.
- Overtime requires prior approval.
- Ability to meet resource demands and implement contingency plans for attrition.
