Responsibilities:
Enterprise SaaS Applications Administration and Operations (75%)

  • Manage and support applications, including:
  • Google Workspace
  • Slack
  • Zoom
  • Box
  • LDAP
  • Handle employee onboarding/offboarding requests, Slack apps, Google Marketplace, and Slack channel share requests.
SSO Integration (10%)
  • Independently manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using OneLogin.
Runbook Review and Improvement (15%)
  • Audit existing runbooks, identify gaps, and create/update guides.
  • Triage, process, and resolve operational requests while managing escalations.
Requirements:
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years as a Slack Admin and Google Workspace Admin.
  • Preferably 8+ years of experience in IT.
Skills:
  • Strong customer service orientation and collaboration skills.
  • Confidence in handling operational tasks and working with non-technical users and 3rd-party vendors.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and resolve customer requests professionally.
Availability:
  • Must work EST hours.
  • Overtime requires prior approval.
Operational Readiness:
  • Ability to meet resource demands and implement contingency plans for attrition.
