You are a Skin Health Practitioner with 3+ years of in-clinic experience.
You're passionate about skin biology, the science behind the latest therapies, products and technologies, as well as cosmetic injectable techniques.
You're as comfortable in the clinic treating clients as you are showing up online.
You're known in your circles as the go-to for all things skin, and you have the reputation of delivering best in class results in whatever you do.
You are confident in assessing and diagnosing skin conditions , and writing integrated treatment plans that involve both at-home and in-clinic services.

Certified Skin Professional (Nurse Designation Preferred)

Licensing:

Demonstrated experience providing skin treatments from peels to energy devices to skin needling.

What You'll DoClient Excellence + Service Sales
Conduct personalized consultations to assess skin concerns and aesthetic goals
Create tailored treatment plans for clients which includes:
Educating clients on routines
Ensure clients purchase the correct products to support the at-home pillar of their skin care journey
Follow up consultations in person as well as calls to patient roster
Deliver advanced non-invasive treatments such as DF, chemical peels, microneedling, facials, and rejuvenation therapies.
Deliver (or assist) during the delivery of minimally invasive procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers)
Ensure best-in-class patient care from preparation through to post treatment
Execute post treatment and follow up planning for clients ensuring product recommendations evolve along with their skin journeys
Product & Standards Champion
Maintain and sterilize equipment according to strict safety standards.
Recommend and educate clients on medical-grade skincare products.
Stay at the forefront of industry innovations and learnings
Administration & Documentation
Keep accurate client records, treatment notes, and before-and-after photos.
Manage scheduling and client follow-up to ensure a seamless experience.
Network Training
The SkinHealth Coach/ Clinic Lead (Nurse/ Medical Aesthetician)
will not only bring confidence and results to our Toronto clinic, but also take ownership of support training across our full clinic network of skin care professionals.
Proactively outreach to professional team members across the network to engage in learning and development initiatives
Develop and deliver innovative content through in-person, on-line and social media channels.
Ensure consistent, top-tier implementation of treatments, protocols, and product knowledge.
Act as the go-to for support questions with treatments, technologies, and Skin90 best practices
Support onboarding of new hires with training that sets them up for success
Schedule and attend in-clinic events planned across the clinic network.
