Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Production laborer to join our team. Ability to perform various duties with our manufacturing facility and ensure these are completed in an efficient and effective manner. This position requires the ability to some mechanical and electrical as experience is required. Pay starts at $18/h and can increase depending on experience.
Duties
Operate a variety of tools such as drill presses, surface grinder, saws, welders, parts engraver and hand tools Assembly and packaging of machinery and product Shipping and Receiving Tracking inventory and doing inventory counts Painting of components Maintaining an atmosphere based on teamwork and co-operation Grinding, cutting and polishing of Granite Stone Ability to multi-task Other duties as assigned
Skills
Ability to operate a variety of tools and/or machinery Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to program/operate a CNC Mill would be a definite asset Willingness to learn and be part of a team General familiarity with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing Able to lift up to 50 lbs
