Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil construction/landscaping and demonstrate proficiency in using hand and power tools. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship.. The Skilled Laborer will be involved in a variety of tasks that contribute to the successful completion of construction projects.

Duties

Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. Perform concrete forming and finishing, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Conduct masonry tasks as required, including bricklaying and stonework. Assist with plumbing installations and repairs as needed. Operate heavy equipment safely to assist in various construction activities. Perform restoration work on existing structures to bring them up to code or improve their condition.

Experience

Candidates should have prior experience in the construction industry with a focus on the following skills:

Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation. Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, welding, and restoration techniques. Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus. A strong work ethic with attention to detail and commitment to safety standards is essential.
