Responsibilities

Assist with construction, renovation, and repair projects by performing tasks such as digging, lifting, and material handling Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Prepare work sites by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary equipment Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times Support team members with various tasks including loading/unloading materials and assisting with equipment setup Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning Adhere to project timelines and communicate effectively with supervisors regarding progress or issues

Qualifications

Prior experience in construction, general labor, or related fields is preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods Strong attention to safety procedures and guidelines Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is advantageous Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to job sites as needed Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
