Skilled Labourer

to join our team.

We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed. Most of the work is carpentry-related, but you'll also be helping with things like demolition, floor protection, material runs, and site cleanup.

What You'll Be Doing

Helping out with carpentry work - framing, decks, fences, siding, trim, etc. Assisting carpenters and tradespeople with their tasks. Taking on general site duties like demolition, cleanup, and organizing materials. Operating hand and power tools safely. Reading and following plans or drawings when needed. Keeping the worksite safe and tidy. Working with the team to keep projects on schedule.
What We're Looking For

Previous construction experience is required

Valid driver's license is required

(access to your own vehicle is preferred). Must have a basic hand tool setup (hammer, measuring tape, speed square, pouch, etc.). Larger tools and equipment are provided. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and doing physical work throughout the day. Good communication skills and a team player. Reliable, hardworking, and open to learning new skills.
