Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Skilled Laborer for soffit, various different types of siding, eavestrough, and some stucco and stone to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality and safety. As a Skilled Laborer, you will play a crucial role in various construction or manufacturing projects, contributing your expertise and hands-on skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of manual labor tasks, including but not limited to lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the assembly, installation, or repair of structures and equipment as directed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or safety to supervisors promptly.

Skills

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the industry. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic knowledge of construction or manufacturing processes is preferred. Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
