Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Laborer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and maintenance services.
Duties
Perform basic construction maintenance and repair work. Operating hand and power tools and heavy machinery depending on the specific job. Loading, unloading and moving materials to designated work places. Adhering to established safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe work environment. Supporting skilled tradespersons like carpenters, plumbers and electricians in their work. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Being able to adapt to different tasks and work environments as duties can vary greatly.
Requirements
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Ensuring accuracy and proficiency in work. The ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise. The ability to work effectively and part of a team. Valid driver's license required. Valid Certificate of Conduct.
