The Opportunity
We're seeking a reliable and versatile Skilled Labourer to join our team. This role offers flexibility as either a contracted or employed position.
Deliver equipment and materials to job sites across Saskatoon
Maintain clean, safe, and organized construction sites
Support various carpentry and construction crews during operations
Perform general construction tasks, woodwork, cabinet and shelving installation, and minor framing tasks
Follow project plans and specifications under supervision
Prepare materials and equipment in our shop
Operate vehicles and equipment, including telehandlers
Complete additional tasks as assigned by crew leads
What We're Looking For
Valid driver's license (clean abstract preferred)
Previous construction or labour experience is essential
Candidates preferred that have experience in framing, cabinet installation, or carpentry
Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry materials (50 lbs to 100lbs regularly)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Passionate about high-quality delivery and craftsmanship in every task
Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
Experience with hand and power tools
Knowledge of safety standards on construction sites
Nice to Have
Framing experience
Cabinetry installation experience
Carpentry labour background
Telehandler or equipment operation experience
First Aid certification
