What started as small repair work -- drywall patches, painting, flooring -- has grown into

We're expanding again and looking for the right person to grow with us long-term.

The Role: Skilled Labourer (Full-Time)

You'll be working closely with our Lead Handyman/Handywoman, supporting a variety of residential renovation and repair jobs.
Every day is different -- meaning you'll never be bored.

What You'll Do

Drive the work van

from our storage site to each job location

Maintain tools & materials

, keep the van stocked and organized Assist with

back-framing, subfloor patching, and general carpentry prep

Minor drywall repair

and prep/patching

Painting

and finishing tasks

Install vanities & small cabinetry

Baseboard & trim installation

Help with

service calls, touch-ups, and punch list items

You'll be hands-on, learning new techniques and contributing to projects from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

Some construction or renovation experience Comfortable using common tools and materials A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn Someone interested in

long-term growth

within our company Valid driver's license (you'll be driving the company van)

Basic Tools Needed

Hammer, drill & impact, tape measure, knife, and general hand tools.

Compensation

$25-$30 per hour

, based on skills and experience
