We specialize in high-quality residential renovations, large renovations, and multi-unit conversions (SDUs and triplexes). What You'll Do
Assist carpenters, foremen, and other trades on renovation and conversion projects
Perform demolition, framing support, drywall prep, and material handling
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Set up and maintain clean, organized job sites
Load and unload materials, equipment, and debris
Support daily project operations and follow direction from site leads
Contribute to a positive, professional team environment
Who We're Looking For
1-3 years of construction or renovation experience required (residential preferred)
Working knowledge of tools, materials, and basic building practices
Physically able to lift, carry, and move construction material.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors year-round
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
Bonus skills: framing, drywall, insulation, flooring, or finish carpentry
