We are a commercial and residential renovation company located in Okotoks. We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. As a Skilled Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Duties

Perform a variety of manual labor tasks including lifting, digging, and transporting materials. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the assembly, installation, or repair of structures and equipment as directed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job.

Requirements

Drivers License Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or a similar field is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment is an advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
