We are seeking a skilled and versatile Worker to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of technical skills, carpentry, and the operation of heavy equipment (Skid steer). The successful applicant will contribute to high-quality craftsmanship across various construction disciplines, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to client specifications.

Duties

Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and effectively. Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure durability and quality finishes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to complete projects involving general repairs Must have reliable transportation Owning general construction tools is an asset

Skills

Experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of construction work. Physical capability to handle demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights or in confined spaces. This position requires a dedicated professional with a strong work ethic who is committed to delivering high-quality results across multiple facets of construction projects. Candidates should demonstrate versatility across various trades and possess the necessary skills to adapt quickly to different project requirements while maintaining safety standards at all times.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
