We are seeking a skilled labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, with a preference for those who have commercial renovation experience. A valid G2 license is required. This position involves physically demanding tasks and is perfect for motivated individuals looking to build a career in skilled trades or construction.
Key Responsibilities:
? Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on job sites.
? Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing tools and supplies.
? Support skilled tradespeople with tasks such as drywall, framing, flooring , painting and demolition.
? Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
? Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
? Perform general labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.
? Maintain cleanliness of work sites and properly dispose of debris.
? Assist with the setup and breakdown of job sites as needed.
Qualifications:
? Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the day.
? Strong attention to safety procedures and guidelines.
? Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment.
?Knowledge of tools and equipment used in manual labor roles is mandatory.
? Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred.
