Overview:
We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. As a skilled laborer, you will play a crucial role in various construction and maintenance projects. This is an opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to the successful completion of projects.

Duties:
- Perform a variety of tasks related to construction and maintenance projects
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of structures and systems
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment necessary for the job
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment

-Participate in company safety program / safety meetings
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

-Learn how to operate small equipment: Plate packer, ride on packer, jumping jack, skid steer.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a skilled laborer in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
