Key Responsibilities

Perform any manual labour (clean up, sweeping, packing materials, etc.) Organize construction work areas General construction maintenance All other duties assigned

Skills & Qualification Requirements:

Physically fit, punctual, dependable and hardworking. Must be able to lift 30-50lbs Ability and willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Reliable transportation to and from work Candidate must hold a valid drivers license Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment Great communication written and orally Carpentry skills will be considered an asset
Preference may be given to candidates with valid certifications in first aid and/or equipment related training
